We harvest our crop of around 400 producing trees once a year every November

From our harvest 2025

Olives are harvested at the peak of their ripeness usually around November, as the temperatures in Greece start to drop for the winter months, this results in a vibrant green fresh oil full of natural fats and nutrients.
